What does the program cover?
Now Accepting Participants for Adult Day Care (Day Services)
Mending Minds Behavioral Health Services (MMBHS) has opened Adult Day Care Services for adult individuals who have developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, physical disabilities, mental illness and emotional disturbances. We are now licensed to accept payment through State Medicaid Waivers and open for self-pay option. MMBHS requires a deposit for participants to guarantee a spot is held. (Deposit is only refundable if no action has been taken by MMBHS to initiate planning for ISP, training, etc.) Below is information on how to get your loved one on the waitlist!
Contact MMBHS to schedule a tour, submit deposit down-payment, and meet with a director to develop a comprehensive Individual Support Plan (ISP) for while your loved one is in our care. MMBHS will work alongside you to develop a care plan and complete appropriate staff training prior to starting adult day care services. Services included during adult day care (but not limited to):
- Medication Administration
- Outings
- Planned Activities
- Social Activities
- Music and Movement Activities
- Freedom of Choice
- Nursing Oversight
- Daily/Independent Living Skill Support
- Dietary Plan
- Creating a Behavior Plan (if applicable)
- MMBHS follows Participant Bill of Rights
- Daily Routine Support
