Skill Development Specialist
Mending Minds Behavioral Health Services is looking to hire a Skill Development Specialist to meet the needs for both in-home and community-based support for the families that we work with.
Duties may include:
- Meeting with individuals and their families to discuss care
- Providing respite care, daily living skills development, peer support, and/or parent skill development
- Attending necessary staffing, IEPs, CPRs, and/or other meetings as required
- Collaborating with MMBHS staff and other providers
- Completion of documentation in relation to sessions in compliance with internal, county, and state policies
- Maintaining compliance with mandated reporting for suspected/alleged abuse/neglect laws
- Completion and maintenance of necessary training and certifications required of the position
- Providing de-escalation response services by phone or in-person
Applicants must be able to pass a background check to work with vulnerable populations and complete subsequent training/certification. Applicants must have their own reliable form of transportation. At least 1 (one) year experience with special-needs population required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with the right experience. Fluently bilingual a plus but not required.

Trauma-Informed Care Certified Counselor/Therapist
Come work with a dynamic group in providing care and support for the SE Wisconsin area! Mending Minds is seeking a Trauma-Informed Counselor/Therapist to join the team in providing both in-home and community support for the families that we work with.

Clinical Supervisor
We are searching for the next remarkable member of our team! Mending Minds requires a Clinical Supervisor to meet the in-office and community needs for our staff and the individuals we work with.
Job requirements include:
- Educational/licensing qualifications (must meet one of the following):
- Licensed independent clinical social workers shall meet the qualifications established in chapter 457, Stats., and be licensed by the examining board of social workers, marriage and family therapists and professional counselors with 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience where the majority of clients are children or adults with mental disorders or substance-use disorders.
- Professional counselors and marriage and family therapists shall meet the qualifications required established in chapter. 457, Stats., and be licensed by the examining board of social workers, marriage and family therapists and professional counselors with 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience where the majority of clients are children or adults with mental disorders or substance-use disorders.
- Collaboration with MMBHS staff and other providers
- Completion of documentation in relation to sessions in compliance with internal, county, and state policies
- Maintaining compliance with mandated reporting for suspected/alleged abuse/neglect laws
- Completion and maintenance of necessary training and certifications required of the position
- Experience with or knowledge of consumer centered, recovery based, evidence-based practices
