Hailey has years of personal and professional experience working with individuals with disabilities. Hailey is also the Activity Director for MMBHS. She has 5 brothers, one of which has several diagnoses and is a current participant in CLTS services. If she is not at work, you can see her spending time with her family, per dogs or completing jewel paintings.

Abby is pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialty in Expressive Arts Therapy at Adler Graduate School. She aims to offer a safe presence, listening ear, and collaborative rapport to clients. She enjoys cozy fantasy and cozy videogames, a hot cup of tea with honey, and collecting trinkets.

Program Director & skills Development Specialist

Ryan is a Program Director & Skill Development Specialist. Ryan is a USMC Veteran with a strong sense of duty towards helping those who need it most. He has a great interest in mental health needs and causes, due to personal and family experience. Ryan is open to working with any age range and need. BIPOC & LGBTQ+ friendly, “You are safe with me” are not just words on a t-shirt. When not working, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 adult children, granddaughter, 3 cats and 2 dogs. Some of his interests include fishing, kayaking, hiking, biking, and cooking.

Xander has a brother who has a genetic disorder that causes a range of physical, mental, and cognitive impairments. Xander has been an ice hockey goalie for over 12 years. Xander is a sports enthusiast, compassionate, loyal, and friendly person. Xander has a great sense of humor and loves video games.
